We believe that it is of extreme importance for people to have accurate and detailed information about the real estate they consider to purchase or rent, especially when considering finances and quality of life. We think that individuals who do not have technical and/or detailed information about the current status of the real estate can avoid material or other losses in the future thanks to the service we provide.
We believe that our EvSpector service will prevent economic losses and grievances caused by improper practices in the construction and renovation sectors of our country. For this reason; we are working tirelessly in order to ensure the spread of the real estate inspection service throughout our country, a service which is already common all around the world.

Founder - Civil Engineer
Yağız Tarık Hacıalioğlu
He graduated from Boğaziçi University's Civil Engineering department in 2017. He began his career at Hilti Turkey, an international construction technology company, and worked in various roles for four years.
She then worked as the Managing Director of Strategic Accounts at Amazon Turkey . Parallel to her professional career, she completed her education in 2023 with an MBA from Galatasaray University .
That same year, he co-founded EvSpector with the vision of creating a more reliable and transparent experience in the real estate sector. Today, at EvSpector, he works to make residential inspection processes more reliable and accessible by combining an engineering perspective with technology and data-driven solutions.
Founder - Civil Engineer
Cihan Cemaloglu
He graduated from the Civil Engineering department in 2012 through a joint undergraduate program at Istanbul Technical University and the University at Buffalo , and completed his MBA program at Sabancı University in 2015.
He worked in various roles within the family business on multi-story commercial buildings, industrial structures, steel structures, and villa projects. He gained experience on projects such as the 3rd Bosphorus Bridge, the Osmangazi Bridge, and Steel Gas Concrete Houses . Under the Sağlam Yenileme brand, he managed repair, renovation, and refurbishment projects for homeowners and businesses.
EvSpector works on technical inspection processes, service design, and business development activities for residential and commercial buildings.
