Inspection during Rental Property Handover

For homeowners

When handing over your property to a tenant, it is critical to document the current condition and identify potential damages in advance.

Our expert team conducts a detailed inspection and prepares a report on everything from valuable fixtures and fittings that are likely to be damaged, such as kitchen countertops, shower cabins, boilers, and air conditioners, to plumbing malfunctions. This eliminates the risk of objections during deposit refunds, provides legal protection against the tenant, and helps you protect the value of your property.

For tenants

When moving into a rented property, it can be difficult to know in advance whether the apartment will meet your expectations and to anticipate potential problems.

EvSpector examines every detail, from structural defects and plumbing issues to energy efficiency and the current condition of fixtures and fittings. This reduces the risk of not getting your deposit back, allows you to negotiate deficiencies with your landlord with documented evidence, and protects you from surprise expenses after moving in.
