New Build Inspection
When taking delivery of your apartment in a newly completed building, it is critical to document any construction defects and request that the deficiencies be corrected under warranty.
Our expert team conducts detailed inspections and prepares reports on a range of issues, from structural problems (cracks, leveling errors) and plumbing malfunctions (water, electricity, natural gas) to door and window installation defects and paint/leveling problems. This ensures you can exercise your warranty rights after delivery, prepares the ground for potential legal action against the contractor, and strengthens your position.
